This Deed made this Fifth (5th) day of September, 1912 by Anderson Bryant, and A. E. Love, of Hamilton County, State of Tennessee to Anderson Bryant, A. E. Love, and Lizzie Dumas, Trustees of the African Methodist Episcool [sic, underscored in original — for Episcopal] Zion Church in America, of Hamilton County, State of Tennessee: WITNESS, That said Anderson Bryant and A. E. Love in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, we hereby bargain, sell transfer and convey unto the said A. E. Love, Anderson Bryant, and Lizzie Dumas, Trustees, their associates and successor in office the following land in Hamilton County, Tennessee, located and situated in the Fourth Civil District, formerly the old Nineteenth Civil District of Hamilton County, Tennessee, and bounded as follows:- The West forty-three (43) feet of Lots Number One (1) Two (2) and Three (3), in Block Four (4), in Lookout Mountain's Company's Addition Number Two (2), fronting Forty-three (43) feet on Ellen Street, and running back One Hundred & Fifty (150) feet of uniform width, more or less: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, The same to the said A. E.
